Public records redactions, possible Ethics and Procedures violations, and Open Meeting Law complaint for the ZBA
The Charlotte News filed an Open Meeting Law violation complaint this week with the Charlotte Zoning Board of Adjustment, and plans to appeal for the full release of a batch of redacted emails from that board that were shared by the town after a public records request.
