Looking to improve balance, gain strength and reduce joint inflammation, as well as increase mobility, agility and flexibility? Learn deep breathing and visualization techniques for health and pain management with tai chi at the Charlotte Congregational Church through April 13 on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Beginner class is 10:00 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. and advanced is 10:45 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
