Gardening, sort of…
Here we are with a good foot plus of fresh snow and itching to do some gardening. Still too early for seed starting, except for a couple of varieties.
Preposterous
Gardening is always an act of faith and hope, but looking at both the thermometer and snow and ice, well, it seems preposterous that we will have the abundance of flowers, fruits and vegetables ever again. We will.
2018 Charlotte Seed Library now open
The Charlotte Library is happy to announce the opening of our 2018 Seed Library and invites both experienced and new gardeners to become members. The project is intended to encourage and support our community’s home food producers and seed savers.
