Join BCA (Burlington City Arts) for a drop-in artmaking activity inspired by Stéphanie Morissette’s Bird/Drone creatures featured in her exhibition Speculative Future in the studio of the BCA Center in Burlington. Participants will consider what other hybrid creatures could exist in the future, creating their own works of art depicting a hybrid machine/animal. Starting with a colored pencil drawing, participants will add textural and sculptural elements by including collage and paper cutting into their designs. Free and open to the public on the last day of this exhibition.
