It’s college road trip season. At the end of August in 100-degree heat, visiting Charlotte, North Carolina, captured the back-to-school buzz.

Police have cited a former student for allegedly displaying a BB gun during a football game Saturday afternoon at the Champlain Valley Union High School.

The 2023-24 school year is only 12 days old, but many exciting activities are already happening at Charlotte Central School.

Bennington College is accepting submissions from high school students around the world for its 2023-24 Young Writers Awards.

The professional staff has been in curriculum planning workshops with educators from around the district who teach similar content as the district solidifies a coordinated curriculum and assessment system to better serve students.

Charlotte Central School assistant principal, Courtney Krahn, will be taking a job in Addison County next year.

Snap Inc. co-founder and CEO Evan Spiegel and his wife Miranda Kerr, the model and businesswoman, recently donated more than $10 million to Otis College of Art and Design in Los Angeles. In high school, Spiegel attended classes at Otis. He graduated from Stanford University majoring in product design.
