Meet the Candidates meeting available online 

With more than 100 attendees, Tuesday’s Meet the Candidates Night Zoom event proved that even a snowstorm and the coronavirus can’t stop Charlotters from civic engagement.

Five candidates attended the meeting, including Champlain Valley School District school board hopeful Meghan Metzler, and Selectboard candidates Frank Tenney, Justin Bora, Mike Dunbar, and Lewis Mudge. The event was sponsored by The Charlotte News, the Charlotte Grange, and the Charlotte Library.

The candidates answered questions on topics ranging from the East Village to Black Lives Matter; a recording of the discussion can be viewed on the library’s YouTube page or at Media Factory.
