Creative kids get contest kudos

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Two Charlotte kids placed in the University of Vermont Extension 4-H Edible Art Contest this summer.

Archie Evans was named runner-up in the silly/fun food category with an entry he dubbed Gummy Bear Falls, a little-known Vermont swimming hole.

Lucia Hackerman created a garden-inspired entry, earning first place in the cake decorating category for her creativity.
